Henry A.
Finn, M.D., FACS, is a Professor of Surgery at the University of
Chicago (Ranked in the top 10 Academic Orthopedic Programs in
the United States by U.S. News and World Report, 2002) and Chief
of Orthopedic Surgery at Weiss Memorial Hospital. Dr. Finn has
extensive surgical experience in joint replacement surgery and
other difficult orthopedic reconstructive problems, leading more
than 5,000 surgical procedures over the last 19 years. Dr. Finn
has invented and patented numerous devices for joint replacement
surgery.
Dr. Finn is
board certified and is a member of numerous professional
organizations including the American Academy of Orthopedic
Surgeons (AAOS), the Academic Orthopedic Society (AOS), the
Musculoskeletal Tumor Society (MSTS), and the American
Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He is a fellow of
the American College of Surgeons and has been distinguished as a
Top Doctor in the Chicago Metro Area by Castle Connolly Medical,
Ltd., in the years 2001 and 2002.
Dr. Finn
has been the Medical Director of the Chicago Bone and Joint
Replacement Center at Weiss Hospital since 1996.
