Sports Medicine

    The University of Chicago Orthopaedics provides state-of-the-art sports medicine and clinical care for athletes of all ages and all skill levels, from professional players and school athletes to "weekend warriors." The program emphasizes injury prevention as well as specialized rehabilitative and surgical options to treat sports-related injuries.

    At the University of Chicago Orthopaedics, experts in several disciplines work together in a multidisciplinary team: orthopaedic surgeons, primary care sports medicine specialists, physical therapists and athletic trainers.
